Entering the lavishly refit interior does not give the impression of walking through a time warp as with most boats her age, actually having the look and feel of a boat 20-25 years her junior! View the extensive photoshoot and see for yourself.
Her all teak interior woodwork is in fantastic condition. The salon features an L-shaped sofa settee with teak coffee table with storage & new upholstery, an L-shaped dinette with teak table & new upholstery, a lounge chair, built-in end table with drawered storage, new headliners, tinted windows, Brass clock & barometer set, custom high grade carpeting, an entertainment sytem with flush mounted Samsung 27" LCD TV ('05), a DVD player, and a surround sound AM/FM stereo receiver.
Down and forward is the refit galley consisting of new Corian countertop, SS full sized refrigerator, Princess 3 burner stove with oven, hot/cold pressure water sink, a microwave oven, and incredible storage space above and below the counters in cabinets and drawers.
The master stateroom is in the desired midship position and is fitted with a queen berth, built-in nightstand with drawers and new Corian top and built-in DVD player (next to the bed for easy movie changes without getting up!) for the Panasonic flat screen LCD TV on the opposite wall, a generous hanging locker, an ensuite head compartment with new commode, a separate stall shower (w/ tub!), hot/cold sink, mirrored vanity, towel/linen cabinets, and additional below counter storage (also w/ new Corian top). To port is the full guest head with the same amenities found in the master. The guest stateroom forward is so cleverly laid out that it will sleep 3 6'+ men of above average size very comfortably. The guest stateroom also features excellent storage space, new upholstery, and a 3rd flat screen TV for the guests. A new washing machine/dryer combination unit has also been installed for above average convenience when travelling on extended trips. Lower cabin sole throughout, including staterooms, heads, galley, and companionway, has all been refit with handsome and durable Amptico Teak and Holly laminate flooring.
Other natable features include: new lighting; wiring and salon headliner, plus the windows were removed, professionally rebedded and reasealed in 1998.
Exterior
Custom made Jabby Colon aluminum bow rails and hand holds. The Rupp outriggers were installed new in '04, and the cockpit frig/freezer went in new in '01.
Forward is an electric anchor windlass. The cockpit features a teak sole and teak cap boards, with the teak of both in excellent condition. The cockpit also includes flush mounted rod holders, cockpit freezer, in-gunwale storage, a fixed mount fighting chair as well as a portable fighting chair, saltwater washdown, transom door, removable teak boarding steps and a portable entry step box also, a custom aluminum ladder to the bridge, and a San Juan aft deck sunshade.

Powered by dependable 550 HP 8V92 Detroit turbo diesles with only 1,800 original hours (NOTE: These de-tuned lower HP versions of the 8V92's have virtually double the engine life expectancy of the later over-modified thus short lifespan 735HP versions! Don't believe us? feel free to check with your mechanic or engine surveyor for verification of this fact.) Automatic fire suppression system for added safety. New ('02) Sentry constavolt multi-bank battery charger/power converter. Hydraulic steering helm, trim tabs, sea strainers, Racor primary fuel filters for engine and gen. 1998 Northern Lights 16Kw generator, 110V AC shorepower system with 50A 50' cord, The 12V DC system power supply is above average and consists of: (2) D8 ship's batteries('02), (4) D4 engine batteries('03), (1) generator battery. Air conditioning: All condensing units replaced('04), A/C compressor units('01), and the Royal Flush head system was installed in '98. Engine room 110V flourescent lighting.
